ARRA Funds are distributed through the Federal Agencies on this: 28 Agency List
Pump and System Projects are being funded by these 6 Federal Agencies:
1. Department of Defense – Those water projects on Military Areas: DOD
2. Department of Interior – Several Bureaus are using water Grants: DOI
3. Department of Transportation – Some TIGER Grants include Dredging: DOT
4. Environmental Protection Agency – Wastewater/Sewer Project News: EPA
5. National Science Foundation has $2.4 Billion Research Funds available: NSF
6. US Corp of Army Engineers – Waterways and Dams: USACE
7. US Dept of Agriculture - Rural Development Grants: USDA

Local Recovery Funds are distributed by the above Federal Agencies to 57 States and Territories plus Indian Tribes on this list: State, Local, Tribal and Territorial Information

Each State awards Stimulus Funds to its Cities and Counties for qualifying Projects. I am regularly posting City, County and State Stimulus awards via local News. I find local News Media is fast to report any Federal Funds coming in to their area of news coverage.
Note! All EPA Clean and Drinking Water, State Revolving Stimulus Funds Awarded must have Construction Projects Started or Contacts Signed by the EPA Deadline of February 17, 2010. This deadline can be found on page 11 of this 49 page EPA Memorandum: EPA Memo
We should expect a RUSH TO BID by many local Agencies due to the EPA Deadline.

Get on Bid Invitation Lists early. follow up on our listed Stimulus Announcements by going directly to each local City or County Website. There you can navigate to an open bids section of a local Agency’s Purchasing Department and locate contacts by going to:

Most Purchasing Department Web Sites will provide access to a list of who has picked up Contract Plans. This list will provide you with possible product sales leads.
