The first windmills pumped water in America. To sustain this good tradition, I developed a little more modern sytem for the production of electric current in a similar way of pumping water.Whether American landscape views, are water sphere.I decided to add this view to the next shot where the water will be collected water so that it could give electrical energy when draining it back into the lower reservoir.

Engine or pump with easy water cooling all its pistons.
Without that leaks in driving and from deducing of water half rotate "piston" . Elastic hose only several degrees twisted.
http://www.new4stroke.com/elastic%20hose.jpg

And yet you must add that the engine will not require grinding of cylinders, because the seals are working only on the "piston"
For all the deformation of cylinders have much less importance and do not require as precise as the existing structures performances.

sludge flow corrected from previous question!

on a sludge treatment dewatering operation, a cake is pumped at 25% DS at
15 Tons/6 hours
(piston pump, not mono pump). The pump pushes the cake up 2.5 metres and then in a straight horizontal line along 20 metres. I would like to calculate the pressure in the pipe along the horizontal section, at different lengths of that section. Not sure how to calculate it. Final aim is to ensure a probe to be installed will bear the pressure.
I can use the pump spec...

I can use the pump specifications but not sure that it runs at its maximum.

I have a pump with operating temperature 121ºC (min) to 135ºC (max), fluid water. In the technical requisition I indicated or request plan 7323 (API Plan 23), but some sellers indicated that is not necessary and that with plan 11 is enough. The pump is manufacturer standard.

Is possible this arrangement for that temperature if the seal face are hard material?

Thanks for yours comments....
