DENVER (April 10, 2014) – CH2M HILL a global consulting, design, construction and operations firm, announced that Lisa Glatch has joined the firm as Chief Strategic Development Officer.

Ms. Glatch will be responsible for key strategic sales and client account management for the firm across all markets, geographic regions and services. She will also focus on managing corporate affairs and stewarding both CH2M HILL’s technology processes and sustainability efforts. As a member of the executive management team, Ms. Glatch will report to CEO Jacqueline Hinman.

“Lisa has an excellent track record working across large, global organizations in the energy, government, buildings and facilities markets,” says President and CEO Jacqueline Hinman. “Her 29 years of experience will help CH2M HILL grow through leadership in business strategy, operations and project delivery for our clients.”

Ms. Glatch joins CH2M HILL from Jacobs Engineering, where she served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales. Before Jacobs, Ms. Glatch served in several roles at Fluor Corporation, including President of their government, telecommunications and federal facilities & homeland security groups. Ms. Glatch also served as Senior Vice President for Fluor’s human resources and energy & chemicals groups. Prior to Fluor, she was a process engineer for Chevron.

Ms. Glatch received her bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. She has also completed the International Management Program at the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
