SURREY, British Columbia (Aug. 6, 2014) – Singer Valve announced the appointment of Patricio Egan as sales manager for Latin America. Jody Malo, international sales manager for Singer Valve, said, “We are very pleased to have Patricio join our team. With his local knowledge and special expertise in hydraulics engineering, he will be able to add valuable insight for the toughest of applications.”
His territory also includes Spain and Portugal.
Egan comes to Singer Valve with close to 30 years of experience in the South American water industry. He is passionate about helping water utilities improve their operations and save water to enable a better water supply for growing populations. He holds a mechanical engineering degree, with several diplomas in hydraulics and is a member of the Venezuelan Engineering Association.
Singer Valve designs, manufactures and distributes pilot operated diaphragm control valves.
