ALLENDALE, N.J. (June 15, 2015) – Leistritz Advanced Technologies Corp. has announced the appointment of Robert Richter as chief financial officer. His responsibilities include the pump, machine tool and turbine component business units based in Allendale, New Jersey, as well as the Extruder business unit based in Somerville, New Jersey.

Richter is originally from Cary, North Carolina and a graduate of Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

He began his career with Ernst and Young performing audits on medium to large manufacturing, insurance and health care clients. Richter went on to hold controller positions for food distribution, bearing and lighting rental companies before joining Nycoil/Rectus Tema-Corp holding positions as the controller and vice president of finance. Richter was involved in the sale of Nycoil/Rectus-Tema Corp to Parker Hannifin responsible for handling the due diligence on the U.S. side of the transaction.

After a short time with Parker Hannifin, Richter joined Leistritz Advanced Turbine Components (LATC) as the controller before being promoted to CFO.

Upon the sale of the turbine business to Ellwood Advanced components, Rob became the controller and ultimately General Manager of the facility until June 2015, when he joined Leistritz Advanced Technologies Corp. as CFO.
