HOUSTON, Texas (June 24, 2015) – Dr. Carl Hahn has been named director of international sales operations focusing on oil and gas separations for Pentair’s Flow & Filtration Solutions segment. Hahn formerly served as director of innovation and technology for the business.
As director of international sales operations, Hahn is responsible for driving sales in fast growth regions across the globe, with a focus on the Middle East Region and building the sales, customer service, engineering and field service organization in Pentair’s Dubai office.
Hahn joined Pentair in 2003. He is a respected leader in process optimization through advanced separations applied to oil and gas production, petroleum refining, and petrochemical and specialty chemical manufacturing and holds multiple United States patents. Hahn graduated with highest honors from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and later received a Ph.D. in chemistry from Princeton University.
