Effective March 1, 2019, Andreas Mayr will become chief operating officer (COO), responsible for sales, production and support, thus assuming more responsibility on the executive board. In this function, Mayr will serve as deputy CEO to Matthias Altendorf. On October 1 2018, Jörg Stegert joined the Group to oversee the entire personnel area as chief human resources officer (CHRO).

GREENWOOD, Ind. (March 14, 2017)—Endress+Hauser has acquired SensAction AG, a manufacturer of innovative systems for measuring the concentration of liquids, according to a statement from Endress+Hauser.

With this move, the Switzerland-based Group intends to strengthen its quality measurement portfolio. SensAction will remain headquartered in Coburg, Germany and keep the current staff of 13 employees., the statement said.

GREENWOOD, Ind. (Feb. 2, 2017)—Endress+Hauser invested nearly $1 million in a state-of-the-art pressure test rig at its U.S. headquarters in Greenwood, Indiana, according to a statement from the company.

The rig allows the company to test complete instrument assemblies to customer specifications, and it provides a 100 percent test indicating a specific instrument can withstand the design process pressure, up to 15,000 pounds per square inch (psi), according to the statement.

West Virginia (Oct. 15, 2015) – BridgeValley Community and Technical College in West Virginia celebrated the opening of a Process Training Unit (PTU) made possible by contributions from Endress+Hauser, BridgeValley and Rockwell Automation.
