Driven by ever-rising energy costs and the need to use alternate eco-resources, owners require better performing irrigation systems. Along with advances in technology, irrigation controls are evolving to meet these demands. Variable frequency drives applied to pumps offer energy savings, improved automatic process control with pressure and flow regulation, reduced pump wear and tear and other benefits, making them a key element of this ongoing revolution.

The webinar—sponsored by Hitachi America Limited and Hydroflo Pumps USA—will introduce new pump designs for high efficiency, abrasive resistance, run dry time and lower coefficient of friction.  All are qualities for energy savings and longer pump life.  These designs, coupled with new variable speed controls, help customers meet their desired criteria.

The one-hour event will include a 15-minute live question-and-answer segment.
