FULTON, MD. (Feb. 28, 2012) – Colfax Corporation, a global manufacturer of gas and fluid-handling and fabrication technology products and services, today announced the pricing of a registered underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $34.00 and that it has increased the size of the offering to 8,000,000 shares from the previously announced 7,000,000 shares. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,000,000 shares from Colfax. Settlement of the offering was expected to occur on March 5th.

Colfax expects to use the proceeds from the sale of the common stock for general corporate purposes.
Deutsche Bank Securities and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as bookrunners for the offering. KeyBanc Capital Markets is the co-lead manager of the offering.
