F. John Tucker first started working with pumps in 1964 when he entered the U.S. Navy. In 1974 he began manufacturing automated skid mounted pumping systems for golf course irrigation. He began his own business in 1983, servicing and maintaining irrigation pumping systems. Beginning in 2008, he became the municipal pumping system project manager for SyncroFlo, Inc.
