WESTERVILLE, Ohio. – National Groundwater Association (NGWA) announced its 2023 Board of Directors following Groundwater Week 2022, December 6-8 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Newly elected NGWA President Jason House, LG, PG, pictured to the right, is just the second member from the Scientists and Engineers Section to serve as president in the Association’s 75-year history. Scott King, PG, P.Geo., LHG, served in 2019. House was featured in the November 2022 issue of Water Well Journal®.

Three were elected to the NGWA Board of Directors during the Delegates Meeting:

  • John Boyette Jr., CVCLD (incumbent)
  • Fred Rothauge, CWD (incumbent)
  • Buddy Sebastian.

Two were elected to the Suppliers Section Board of Directors:

  • Matthew Beasley
  • Rad Massey.

The 2023 NGWA Board Officers are:

  • President-Elect — David Traut, MGWC, CVCLD
  • Secretary — Richard Layman, MGWC, CVCLD
  • Treasurer — Robert Keyes, CWD
  • Vice President, Contractors — Patrick Casarez
  • Vice President, Manufacturers — Jeremy Kuhn
  • Vice President, Suppliers — Blake Talkmitt
  • Vice President, Scientists and Engineers — Seth Kellogg, PG.
