ANDOVER, Mass. – Jean-Pascal Tricoire, CEO of Schneider Electric, has announced that Peter Herweck will take over the position as of May 4, 2023.

Tricoire has been with Schneider Electric for 36 years, 20 of which were spent as the COO or CEO. "I am very, very thankful for the journey we have been on together and the people I met, worked with and learnt from...", he said. He will remain with the company as Chairman of the Board.
Herweck comes to Schneider Electric from Aveva, where he served as the company's CEO.
