The effective management of maintenance costs is one of the key challenges in the operation of wastewater treatment plants and conveyance systems. Equipment and significant components, such as pumps and mechanical seals, are at the heart of a reliably operating wastewater treatment plant. In this webinar, we will discuss the application of condition monitoring devices for pumps and seals, which measure specific critical performance parameters. Using cloud-based technology, these devices will effectively alert the user of instances where pre-established operating limits have been exceeded, allowing operators to take preemptive action, thereby preventing catastrophic and costly failures. The webinar will identify these critical parameters and look at case studies which demonstrate the effectiveness of these devices.
